    Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery Time
    Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
    Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
    Any promotional free-shipping offers will be shown on the product or checkout page.
  • Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / email to monitor your delivery status.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges l
    Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:                                                                               * Return is eligible only for Damaged /Defective / Incorrect Products *
    The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
    Original tags and packaging are intact
    The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
    Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
    Share clear photos or videos of unpacking and the defect along with your order ID
    Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
  • Return Process

    Once approved, we’ll guide you through the pickup or return instructions
  • Refunds
    Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection
